Hang on to a Dream was set up in 1996 to realise the dreams of terminally/seriously ill children and young people. To date, dozens of dreams have been realised and happiness brought to these young people.
Dream judges each case individually and operates a flexible age policy which means that not only does the charity help young children, but also teens and twenties. Another thing which makes 'Dream' unique is the fact that not one penny of funds raised is spent on administration costs, wages or equipment.
